Q: What is the minimum period of hire?

A: One calendar month, then weekly if required with one weeks notice to vacate.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Payment is in advance when you collect the key. We charge by the calendar month. Payment can be by cash, debit or credit card and standing order.

Q: Do you provide insurance?

A: We do not provide insurance for individual storage containers due to the varied customer contents. Customers can Insure their contents if required through insurance specialist insurastore.com. Our sites are approved by Royal Sun Aliance. Please ask for further details if required.

Q: Can I view your storage sites?

A: Viewing of our facilities is by appointment only. Call us on 0800 65 25 556 or use the contact form.

Q: When can I access my storage unit?

A: All customers have 24 hour access 7 days a week to their secure storage units.

Q: How many keys do I get?

A: You are given one key as standard. Additional keys are available for £10 + Vat each. All keys must be returned at the end of the hire otherwise security of the unit will be permanently compromised requiring replacement of the Mul-T-Lock.
